Partnering with Guided Luxury, Compass Real Estate launched a custom set of Community Relocation Guides for every Orange County territory. Designed for both Compass real estate agents and their clients, these guides celebrate the unique character of each community and serve as a valuable resource for those moving in.

The event brought together agents, vendors, and collaborators to experience the guides first-hand—with live music, cocktails, local bites, and curated swag.

  • This event started with a clear vision: launch something memorable, useful, and beautifully branded for Compass agents and their clients. The goal was to celebrate our Orange County communities while building a premium, thoughtful experience.

  • From the aesthetic to the atmosphere, I developed the creative direction, color palette, and layout. I designed every print piece in-house—including signage, handouts, and custom tote bags—to reflect the tone of luxury, locality, and connection.

  • With a $7,500 budget, I managed every vendor, coordinated production, and oversaw on-site execution. I curated a full swag station, guidebook display, and created a welcoming, high-impact event that ran smoothly from start to finish.
