What began as a sunset cocktail hour evolved into an immersive dinner party complete with a clever, crowd-pleasing game that kept guests engaged and laughing. The night closed with music, dancing, and a room that felt alive and full of love.

The vision: an intimate yet high-impact dinner party that felt refined, fun, and unforgettable. The experience needed to feel layered and dynamic—beautiful enough to photograph, playful enough to keep the energy up, and thoughtful enough that every guest felt part of the moment.

The aesthetic leaned into deep maroons, lush greenery, and a strong focus on calla lilies for a sculptural, modern floral moment. A cocktail-themed design anchored the event, highlighted by a draped bar installation with disco balls, a custom bar mirror, and elevated yet playful details throughout.
I designed all custom print elements, including the bar mirror, bar menu, dinner-plate–shaped menus, custom cocktail place cards, the tablescape, and a bespoke dinner-party game. These details brought personality and charm while maintaining a polished, elevated feel.

With a $2,500 budget, I planned and executed every detail—from sourcing rentals and décor to curating tablescapes and managing all vendors (chef, bartenders, servers). I handled full pre-event preparation and on-site execution, delivering a high-impact, immersive event just under budget.
